We reserve the right to change any services, product prices, product specifications and availability at any time. All prices and descriptions supersede all previous publications. We do our best to keep information on stock availability up to date; however, we do not guarantee that stock will always be available.
Technical faults, upgrades, changes or improvements may lead to this site being temporarily unavailable or affect its performance or ability to communicate with you. As such we cannot guarantee that the information will always be completely up to date and free of mistakes and we make no warranty or representation to suggest otherwise. We will endeavour to correct any errors or omissions as quickly as possible after becoming aware or being notified of them. If you find an error or omission on the website please let us know.
We have made every effort to represent colours on or website as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in different ways which means it is not possible to give an exact colour match on all products. Any measurements given on the site are approximate and are given as a guide only.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We must first validate your order and card details before the order can be accepted. Once this is done we will send an email to you to acknowledge that your order has been received. It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid email address / contact number so that we can contact you about your order when necessary.
All orders are subject to availability. If any goods ordered are not available you will be offered an alternative or be given a full refund for the product in question.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided on the order form and we will not accept an order unless all details requested on the order form have been entered correctly. We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you and will not be required to provide an explanation.
4. Pricing & Promotions
We have taken great care to ensure the prices on our website are accurate; however in the unlikely event that the price or description of an item has been incorrectly advertised, we will contact you by email, telephone or post to ask whether you wish to proceed with your order with the correct price or description. If you are not happy to proceed, or we are unable to obtain your instructions, we will cancel the order. Unless we have already dispatched your order, we will not be obliged to supply products at the incorrect price or based on an incorrect description.
Prices are subject to change without notice and are in pounds sterling.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the rate of 20% unless otherwise specified. A VAT invoice for your order can be produced upon request.
All offers are subject to availability while stocks last. We reserve the right to withdraw an offer at any time without notice.
If you have a promotional code this needs to be entered at the checkout before payment is made and may be used once per customer. Some promotional codes may not be used in conjunction with certain products / offers on the site and may not be redeemed after the expiry date - please refer to separate terms and conditions with each promotional code for details. We reserve the right to remove any promotional code at any time without notice.
All our online transactions are fully secured through Paypal. We will take payment at the time of order and this will be debited from your account prior to the dispatch of your purchase(s).
A purchase order is not deemed accepted until we send you our order confirmation e-mail, whether or not this is received by you.
We will issue you with an electronic receipt to your email address once the goods have been dispatched.
When you pay for your order by credit or debit card, we carry out checks or 'authorisations' with the card issuer for security reasons. Should any problems occur with the authorisation of your card, we will contact you with further details.
We aim to ship all non-personalised orders within a maximum of 2 working days. For standard orders we use either Royal Mail 48 or Hermes which means most orders are received within 2 to 4 working days from the date of order. DPD next day delivery is also available, please see our delivery page for more details on this sevice.
Personalised items and their gift boxes are sent by Royal Mail 48 or courier and due to the time it takes to personalise these items it can take an extra 1 - 5 days for them to be shipped. Any dates quoted for delivery are given as a guide and we will not be liable for any delays to this date.
Goods will be delivered to you, the buyer, at the address provided by you on the order form. You will become the owner of goods you have ordered when they have been paid for and delivered to you.

If your item does not arrive within the expected timescale we can provide a tracking number upon request for any items sent via Special Delivery. We will do everything we can to work with Royal Mail to try and locate your order.
7. Your Right to Cancel
You are entitled to cancel your order for a full refund up to the point of dispatch (this does not apply to personalised goods). After this our returns policy below will operate. Please email email@example.com to cancel your order.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then it can be returned to us in its original condition as long as you contact us within 7 working days of receipt. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the order to be returned. We will provide you with a returns authorisation code and instructions on what to do next. We ask that you return your order with the original undamaged packaging. Once we have received the returned item/s we will then arrange for the amount to be refunded to the same card on which you paid for the order, including any standard delivery charges. If you chose to upgrade the postage to an express service then please be aware that we are not liable for the extra cost and will only refund you the same cost of our Standard Delivery service. Please note any return postage costs will not be covered by us.
When returning goods to us for any reason we strongly recommend you get proof of postage and use a method which requires a signature upon delivery as we cannot be held responsible / issue a refund or exchange when the order is not received by us. We also advise you should ensure that the order is securely packaged to ensure it is not damaged in transit.
If your order is incorrect, damaged or faulty then we will provide you with a full refund including delivery costs. You are required to return the item/s to us in an unused condition. We will also refund you for the return postage costs if the goods qualify as incorrect, damaged or faulty.
We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund / replacement in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused.
As mentioned above, this does not apply to personalised items.

The content, design and layout of this website are protected by copyright, trade marks and other intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that the intellectual property rights in the material and content supplied as part of the website shall remain with us or our licensors.
