If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then it can be returned to us in its original condition as long as you contact us within 14 working days of receipt. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the order to be returned. We will provide you with a returns authorisation code and instructions on what to do next. We ask that you return your order with the original undamaged packaging. Once we have received the returned item/s we will then arrange for the amount to be refunded to the same card on which you paid for the order, including any standard delivery charges. If you chose to upgrade the postage to an express service then please be aware that we are not liable for the extra cost and will only refund you the same cost of our Standard Delivery service. Please note any return postage costs will not be covered by us.
When returning goods to us for any reason we strongly recommend you get proof of postage and use a method which requires a signature upon delivery as we cannot be held responsible / issue a refund or exchange when the order is not received by us. We also advise you should ensure that the order is securely packaged to ensure it is not damaged in transit.
If your order is incorrect, damaged or faulty then we will provide you with a full refund including delivery costs. You are required to return the item/s to us in an unused condition. We will also refund you for the return postage costs if the goods qualify as incorrect, damaged or faulty.
We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund / replacement in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused.
